In his 1969 listing brochure, John Savigny offered a cottage on Mazinaw Lake for $5775. A large home in Denbigh with five bedrooms was offered for $5500. The North Frontenac Golf Course was for sale at an undisclosed price. You could be the happy owner of 100 acres of property near Hill Lake for only $2000.
