2026 Speakers’ Forum Schedule – April to September

At our Annual General Meeting, two videos will be shown that haven’t been seen in several years. An episode of For The Record that featured Gene Brown and Nadine Brumell was shown on TVO or CBC (or both) in the 1980s.

Eileen Flieler has shared her life in a new video capturing how she grew up in Saskatchewan as a young girl and moving to Northbrook in the early 1940s. She shares her memories of attending the one-room Bishop Lake School, studying at Teacher’s College, and teaching for 35 years—some of those years in a one-room school. Join us Monday, Nov., 17, 2025 at the Barrie Hall, 1 pm.
