At our Annual General Meeting, on Monday, March 16th, 2026, at the Barrie Hall, two videos will be shown that haven’t been seen in several years.

An episode of For The Record that featured Gene Brown and Nadine Brumell was shown on TVO or CBC (or both) in the 1980s. Gene and Nadine were among the founders of the Pioneer Club – frontrunners of the Cloyne and District Historical Society.

The documentary was produced and directed by Ken MacKay, a teacher of radio and TV and former Executive Producer of TVO.

The second video is only 4 minutes in length and highlights the Cloyne 150 Celebration in 2009. You will see many friends in this short video – time to remember! Everyone Welcome!
